They are experiencing continued growth and are looking to add a Field Service Technician/Engineer in the Phoenix/Tempe, AZ area.
This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing role responsible for:
- Performing preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
- Installing new machinery at customer sites
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
- Completing repairs with a focus on stretch-wrapping technology
- Supporting customers with professionalism and strong communication
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience servicing packaging, industrial, automation, or related equipment
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel regionally to customer sites
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN PHOENIX, AZ
