My client is a highly established and well-respected manufacturer and distributor of customized packaging solutions, offering a unique, patented technology within shrink, stretch, tape, and film applications. They provide end-to-end packaging, labeling, and automation solutions to a wide range of industries and are known for an outstanding culture - employees simply don’t leave.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Field Service Engineer/Technician in the New England region, preferably based in CT, RI, or MA. This position requires regional travel, with an expectation of 8-10 overnights per month.

This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing role responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
• Installing new machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• Completing repairs with a focus on stretch-wrapping technology
• Supporting customers with professionalism and strong communication

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Experience servicing packaging, industrial, automation, or related equipment
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to travel regionally to customer sites
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
