Stalmic Distributors' mission is to help feed communities. We are looking for a field service/maintenance technician to join our team in achieving that mission. This service tech will receive on-the-job training in our niche market (meat room equipment). During this training, they will learn how to repair and perform maintenance on all sorts of meat room processing and packaging equipment. Once they are trained, they will travel to our customers' locations throughout the week, performing preventative maintenance and repairs when needed on the equipment. Responsibilities: • Service technicians are usually on the road throughout the week and come home on the weekends (paid on-call weekends). • They rotate being on call with their team for the weekends. • Rotate holidays (with 24HUG pay) with their teams. • They will be assigned company vehicles, phones, and tablets for job purposes only. • Assigned company cards for all on-the-road expenses. • and will get to participate in company goals (and rewards). Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
