Job Description
- Managing the field service team, including personnel decision, performance appraisals, and training requirements
- Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTRR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
- Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO 17025 requirements
- Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses
- Travel with Field Service Team (up to 40%, including overnight)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 3 years of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
- Strong customer service skills - Valid driver's license and passport
