One of the fastest growing manufacturers of mission critical power equipment is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and service of their equipment. The right candidate will have a extensive working low to mid voltage mission critical power equipment such as; PDUs, switchgear, UPSs, transfer switches, panels, PLCs, and the like. This person will also have a strong leadership background and track record of achieving results. For this role, formal education is a must have. Preferably in an electrical or engineering program. The right candidate will be customer focused, attentive to detail, and a solid communicator both verbal and written. This person should be a subject matter expert that Field Techs can lean on. So experience and aptitude in electrical installations, repairs, and service for sophisticated equipment is a must. Travel required.

-Pay for this role will range from $110k - $140k

-Fully vested 401k day 1 - 100% match up to 6% of salary

-2 weeks PTO day 1 plus 8 paid holidays
