Bemana is helping a premier distributor of professional turf and grounds maintenance equipment to find a Field Service Mechanic to join their growing team! The company provides industry-leading innovation, equipment sales, and comprehensive service/parts support to a diverse customer base, including golf courses, sports complexes, municipalities, and professional landscape contractors.

This role is responsible for servicing commercial turf and landscape equipment across Northern California - San Mateo, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. 

Position Offers:

• Pay: $33 - $47/hour (based on experience). If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Deliver top-tier service with a CSI rating of 9+.
• Manage your own schedule and territory with flexibility and autonomy.
• Maintain accurate service records and daily reporting.
• Collaborate with the Field Services Manager to elevate customer satisfaction.
• Primary Territory: San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey Counties.
• Occasional travel to other counties; overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Specialized training in gas/diesel engine repair.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and virtual conferencing tools.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with commercial turf or construction equipment, preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software.
• Fleet management background.
• Bilingual in Spanish (nice to have!).
