DUTIES:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to aircraft performance, maintenance issues, and system malfunctions.
Travel to domestic and international customer sites, including hangars, flight lines, and airbases.
Guide and train customer maintenance personnel on correct repair procedures, upgrades, and inspections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support needs.
Communicate clearly and effectively with pilots, ground crews, and engineering staff to resolve operational issues.
Relay field data and customer feedback to engineering and product development teams to drive product improvements.
SKILLS:
Bachelor’s in Business Management, Project Management, Avionics, or a related field.
Experience with communication systems common to DoD operations including RF, networking, and software systems
Field support experience with commercial, business, or military aircraft.
Security Clearance
Proactive, self-directed, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours when required.

EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE:
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
