We're looking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead and support our industrial mechanical field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned mechanical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, supporting field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll serve as the technical resource for field crews, help resolve installation and mechanical issues, oversee quality, and mentor technicians while working on critical mechanical systems that support healthcare and institutional facilities.

    What You'll Do

Supervise industrial mechanical and HVAC installation, retrofit, and service projects in the field

Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to field technicians

Troubleshoot mechanical systems and assist with complex installation challenges

Ensure work meets company standards, project specifications, safety regulations, and applicable codes

Perform quality control inspections throughout project execution

Mentor and develop technicians to improve technical skills and workmanship

Coordinate daily field activities with project managers, office staff, subcontractors, and customers

Manage schedules, manpower, materials, and project workflow

Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

    What We're Looking For

7-10+ years of hands-on experience with industrial mechanical or HVAC systems

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and systems, including:

    Boiler systems

    Chilled water systems

    Hydronic systems

    Steam systems

    Mechanical piping

Pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and related mechanical equipment

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical system issues

Previous leadership, foreman, superintendent, project engineer, or supervisory experience preferred

Experience reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    Ideal Backgrounds

We're especially interested in candidates with experience supporting mechanical systems in:

    Hospitals and healthcare facilities

Nursing homes and long-term care facilities

    Senior living communities

    Medical office buildings

    Institutional facilities

    Large commercial mechanical systems

    Mission-critical facilities

    Why Join Us?

    Competitive pay based on experience

    Full-time, long-term opportunity

    Leadership role with growth potential

    Diverse and technically challenging projects

    Collaborative team environment

Opportunity to make a direct impact on project success and team development
