Tager Appliance Repair is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician in the Kansas City area. This is a hands-on, diagnostic role working inside customers’ homes repairing major appliances.

You do not need prior appliance repair experience. We provide paid training, school, mentoring, and ongoing technical support.

Most technicians are running calls independently in 7–8 weeks.

Compensation

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and dishwashers • Communicate clearly with customers • Manage your own daily route • Use a company-provided service vehicle

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with:

• HVAC experience • Automotive repair experience • Maintenance technician background • Electrical troubleshooting skills • Mechanical aptitude

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record • Professional appearance and communication • Self-motivated and dependable • Comfortable working independently
