What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain waterproofing, dehumidification, and water mitigation systems on-site

Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance

Read and interpret schematics for effective system diagnostics and repairs

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Serve as a key communication link between operations teams and customer

Collaborate with sales and operations staff to improve customer service and identify client needs

Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license required

Some mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

Communication and customer service skills

Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally

Welding experience is a plus

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Construction or field service experience a plus
