    Pay Range: $19 – $23/hour

    Location: Wausau/Merrill, WI

    Full-Time | On-Call Required (Including Weekends)

    What You’ll Do

    As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing hot beverage, dishmachine, and chemical dispensing equipment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring top-tier service for our customers.

    Your day-to-day might include:

    • Performing installations, repairs, removals, and maintenance of beverage and warewash equipment

    • Responding to emergency service calls and conducting scheduled preventative maintenance

    • Keeping accurate records for service, maintenance, and inventory

    • Providing professional, friendly service to customers and partners

    What You Bring to the Table

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

    • Basic electrical and plumbing skills

    • Computer literacy

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly

    • Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs

    • Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed

    • Must be 18 years or older

    Working Conditions

    • Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)

    • Smoke-free, fast-paced environments

    • Frequent standing, kneeling, lifting, and driving for extended periods
