About the Role

Dryer Vent Superheroes of Cincinnati is seeking a professional, motivated Field Service Technician / Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will clean, inspect, repair, reroute, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a field-based role that requires mechanical ability, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to help the right person succeed.

Full-time technicians are provided a company vehicle to take home, making it easier to start and end your day efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems

Diagnose vent issues and identify safety concerns

Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency

Perform reroutes and other vent modifications as needed

Maintain accurate records, notes, and job documentation

Provide clear, professional communication and customer service

Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Continue improving your skills through training and hands-on learning

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using tools and working with your hands

Mechanical aptitude; HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, punctual, and organized

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs

Comfortable using tablet- or phone-based technology for documentation

Compensation

Performance-based compensation, typically equivalent to $25–$30 per hour for solid technicians based on efficiency, job performance, and ability to educate customers on beneficial services.

Top performers have the opportunity to increase earnings over time.

Schedule and Benefits

Full-time, field-based role

Monday–Friday schedule

Take-home company vehicle provided for full-time technicians

1 week of PTO after 6 months of employment

Paid holidays include Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and 4th of July

Additional holiday pay may be offered at the company’s discretion
