🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Culligan in the field:

🛠 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Culligan equipment with confidence and care.

🚚 Install, upgrade, and maintain water softeners, drinking water systems, and problem-water solutions.

🤝 Communicate clearly and positively with customers—making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

📦 Help teammates with deliveries, installs, and problem-solving.

🚐 Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in top condition.

✅ Follow safety guidelines and uphold Culligan’s reputation for excellence.

📝 What We’re Looking For

🎓 High school diploma or GED.

🔩 Plumbing experience preferred (but not required).

📅 2+ years of installation or maintenance experience is a plus.

💬 Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

💪 Ability to safely lift/move 50–75 lbs.

No experience with water treatment? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training—you’ll learn everything you need to launch your career in this high-demand industry. 🚀
