Whether you're an experienced technician or just getting started, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. Compensation: $22-$25/hr (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | Night/Early Morning or Day Shifts Location: Office in Exton, PA | Jobs within 25–50 mile radius Overtime Available & Unlimited Responsibilities: • Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, and fans) • Travel to client locations (within 25–50 miles) and prepare job sites professionally • Operate pressure washers and other specialized tools to remove grease buildup • Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures to meet compliance standards • Work in confined spaces and at heights using ladders and harnesses • Document your work with photos and reports • For experienced candidates: take on leadership responsibilities and assist with team coordination Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, standing) • Willingness to work overnight or early morning shifts • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) • Experience in trades, construction, or technician roles is a plus • Hood cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train the right person Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly DOE
