Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and industrial hoses on heavy equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot issues and complete safe, high-quality repairs
Deliver professional service and build strong customer relationships
Identify sales opportunities during service calls
Operate and maintain a mobile service van (company vehicle provided)
Prepare accurate work orders and manage parts inventory
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair or technician experience (hydraulics, automotive, industrial, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills; safety-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Comfortable with physical work and varied field environments
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive Pay: $20–$25/hr base + uncapped monthly sales bonuses ($65,000+/year typical for top performers)
Paid Training: All technical, safety, and product training provided; hydraulic experience NOT required
