You’ll be the go-to expert installing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced electrical, mechanical, and melting systems—mostly on-site at customer locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (75–90% travel).
What You’ll Do:
- Install, test, maintain, and repair complex equipment in the field.
- Diagnose issues using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and provide technical support (on-site & phone).
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Document repairs and collaborate with engineering & service leadership.
- Spot opportunities for upgrades and aftermarket parts.
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Electronics (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- PLC familiarity and solid computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to travel overnight and thrive in the field.
