Field Service Technician/Help Desk.

\- 2-month contract

\- Pay rate $25.00 per hour

\- Available for an immediate start - located in Winnetka IL

Our client is a leader in their field and have a great contract Field Service opportunity available. Within the role you will undertake the following functions:

• Manage the day-to-day functions of using technology including, but not limited to, network, e-mail, and various software systems
• Support of Macintosh (macOS and macOS server) and Windows (Desktop/Server) operating systems, iOS devices (iPads,), Google Console, including knowledge for VMware
• Knowledge and Support of Workgroup Manager, Open Directory, Active Directory, and Google Console
• Installation of all new desktop computers, servers, and computer-related equipment (printers and other peripherals)
• Onsite assistance for all computer related issues.
• Desk side support for end users

Ideally you will have an Associated degree or bachelor's degree in an IT related field., at least 2 years of experience and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.

This opportunity will be onsite for 5 days a week and is available for an immediate start, the expected duration will be around 2 months.
