Technical Source is looking to hire a Field Service Technician for our client who specializes in manufacturing aseptic processing equipment for the Life Sciences industry. The qualified candidate will have experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment as well as the ability to travel to customer sites within the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of aseptic processing equipment
• Support the startup and troubleshooting of PLC-based controls and automated equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and communication via phone or email to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper production documentation with assigned jobs and report to proper department

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience performing maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment
• Understanding and ability to troubleshoot PLC-based automated manufacturing equipment
• Ability to interpret blueprints, communicate effectively, and meet physical demands of job
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% domestic and internationally
