    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Services Specialist to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on task execution, time management, and client-facing interactions while representing a respected real estate brand.

    This is not a management role , but it is a high-responsibility position that requires professional communication, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision. From installing signage and managing lockboxes, to recording property details for cash offers, your work will directly impact our clients' experience and the success of our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent our brand with professionalism and decorum at all client-facing touchpoints.

    • Perform property assessments and record home details for cash offer evaluations.

    • Coordinate with the Field Services Manager and Listing Manager to schedule field activities for upcoming “Coming Soon,” Active, Under Contract, and Closed listings.

    • Transport, install, and remove listing materials, signage, and riders as needed.

    • Administer and track the lockbox system for accuracy and security.

    • Maintain an organized inventory of field supplies.

    • Prepare and deliver client engagement items (e.g., pop-bys, mailers).

    • Provide on-site setup and breakdown support for marketing events.

    Qualifications

    • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to represent our brand at a high level.

    • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through.

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

    • Access to a reliable vehicle.

    • Team-oriented, self-motivated, receptive to coaching, and committed to learning.
