    Field Services Technician - Job Posting

    Location: Multiple Locations (Oregon/Washington) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Application Deadline: Open Until Filled

    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.     Responsibilities

    Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard removal at various properties.

    Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed.

    Execute occasional roof and gutter cleaning, as well as tarping to protect properties.

    Carry out general property maintenance tasks to ensure safety and occupancy readiness.

    Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.

    Skills:

    Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.

    Comfortable using lawn mower, hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

    Attributes:

    Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.

    Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation.

    Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

    Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.

    Able to drive a truck with trailer.
