Job Scope: The primary role is to supervise the field service team and deploy their daily service projects. Be responsible for managing parts and labor resources needed from initial site visit through final installation. Work with office and sales staff on each project. Position will require field based and office-based work with daily travel.

Communication with change orders is crucial. CDL and OSHA rules and regulations are required. Supervise foam, coating foam crew installs, monitor and enforce scope as well as manage customer expectations. Commercial and residential supervision will be required.

Perform other job duties as needed.
