Job Description
Commercial GC – Nat’l Retail Construction in the Gulf Coast region, possible M-F travel required. Coordinate and manage, custody and control of the project. Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as scheduling workers and subcontractors for the delivery of project within the given budget and time frame. 5 yrs. minimum experience required in construction supervisory processes. Computer software knowledge needed for time keeping and other requirements. Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate with Project Managers, Owners and Architects. Must pass pre-employment drug test to be considered for employment.
