We’re a high-end design-build residential construction company known for exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and an elevated client experience. Our projects are thoughtfully designed, meticulously built, and professionally managed — and we’re looking for a field superintendent who takes real pride in leading work that reflects excellence.

This role is for a hands-on site leader (tools on, bags on) who knows how to run a clean, organized, and professional job site, and who understands that leadership, communication, and quality matter just as much as production.

The Role

As field superintendent, you are the daily leader across multiple projects. You’ll direct the crew, coordinate subcontractors, uphold quality and safety standards, and serve as the on-site extension of our Project Management team.

You’ll be trusted to:

Make smart decisions in real time

Train and develop crew members

Maintain high standards without chaos or ego

Keep projects moving while protecting craftsmanship

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead all day-to-day job site operations and personnel

Work hands-on alongside the crew while setting the tone for quality and professionalism

Train, mentor, and assign tasks to field staff

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scopes are executed correctly and on schedule

Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and protection always

Perform daily site walk-throughs and quality control checks

Communicate clearly with the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and upcoming needs

Read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used properly

Maintain daily job logs and photo documentation

Resolve on-site issues calmly and collaboratively

Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, vendors, and neighbors

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of hands-on residential construction experience

2+ years in a leadership or field superintendent role (high-end residential preferred)

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and building codes

Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes with confidence

Strong organization and time-management skills

Clear, professional communication style

Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic construction apps

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
