    Job Summary

    Ready to hire a professional Commissioned Security Officer (Level III) to fill a position as Field Supervisor. Must have at least 3+ years of supervisory, management and leadership skills and ability. As Field Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily responsibilities of all assigned security personnel; protect and secure the premises, assets and employees of our clients and of AAA Security Guards Services (Company). The Field Supervisor will actively support the Security Operations Manager to ensure all responsibilities, functions and duties of the Security Operations Department are accomplished to maintain the standards, commitments and goals of the company. The Field Supervisor must have a keen sense of accountability, discipline, flexibility in hours and be able to rotate between facilities, including travel to various posts/locations whenever necessary.

    Responsibilities

    Report directly to the Security Operations Manager and respond promptly to phone calls, emails, texts, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner; support all functions and responsibilities of the Security Operations Department

    Enforce all rules, regulations, policies and procedure of AAA Security Guard Services and also local, state and federal laws

    Monitor/Patrol the premises of clients as required and maintain a high level of visibility at all times as requested/required

    Respond immediately to all emergency related incidents as required, conduct investigations of reported incidents and perform other security related tasks as directed by the Security Operations Manager or Company Management

    Supervise and manage all assigned security personnel and conduct Site visits to ensure the safety of personnel and clients' assets

    Immediately respond to issues/concerns of assigned security personnel regarding security incidents, complaints, active armed threats and/or other pertinent matters

    Report on daily activities, any security incidents and fulfill all required responsibilities of the Security Operations Department

    Conduct frequent visitations to various Posts/Sites to ensure assigned security personnel are functioning according to Company policy and procedures; recommend/document any follow up actions, accordingly

    Must be mentally alert and have the ability to interact appropriately with all staff, security personnel, law enforcement and/or clients

    Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have the ability to handle stress under any circumstance

    Conduct monthly inventory of all equipment of the Security Operations Department, issue uniforms/equipment as required and prepare and maintain records

    Maintain a professional commitment, confidentiality to the Company and model Company expectations through personal leadership and guidance that promotes a good work environment and teamwork

    Perform other duties as assigned by Security Operations Manager or AAA Security Guard Services Management Team

    Qualifications

    Must have a high level of integrity, discipline, accountability and professionalism

    Have a strong commitment to develop security personnel to operate cohesively to accomplish Company's responsibilities and goals

    Must have an active State of Texas license as a Commissioned Security Officer (Level III)

    Experience as a Commissioned Security Officer, Level III (3+ years), with honorable Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred

    Strong understanding of Public Safety, Law Enforcement and Security Operations policy and procedures

    Must be able to make appropriate/immediate decisions with regard to company, local, state and federal laws, policies and procedures

    Must have a valid motor vehicle license (Class C) and clean driving record/report

    Demonstrate competence with hand-gun, baton, O-C Spray, handcuffs and provide valid certifications of these requirements

    Ability to operate surveillance or other security equipment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Competent in structuring and writing concise daily, incident and other necessary reports or written correspondence

    Attention to detail and have strong observational skills ; promote a safe environment

    Ability to work without direct supervision, be physically fit, able to walk all areas of the facilities and grounds as required

    Must have completed an Associates Degree or equivalent educational requirements
