Responsibilities

Supervise installation teams on-site

Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Coordinate daily tasks and manage schedules

Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems

Communicate with clients and address concerns

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines

Conduct site inspections for compliance

Manage inventory and materials on-site, in warehouse and installer vehicles

Train and mentor installers

Ensure each team is appropriately staffed

Manage subcontractors and assign to projects according to need

Reduce volume of rework by ensuring that the team has accurately pulled jobs and installers are adequately prepared

Measure for and procure material

Report project updates to management

Qualifications

Must be able to comfortably and consistently lift 50 lbs

Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays

Solution-oriented with ability to solve problems in the moment

Excellent verbal and written communication

High level of proficiency with MS office, computer systems and internet.

Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the company.

Current drivers’ license with clean driving record

At least 5-7 years of applicable experience
