Position Overview: The Field Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee the cleaning teams, ensuring they meet the company's cleaning standards and provide excellent service to our clients. This role also requires stepping in to clean homes or businesses as needed. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cleaning teams and ensure company cleaning standards are being met.

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning jobs to ensure quality control.

Step in to clean homes and businesses when necessary.

Provide training and guidance to team members.

Maintain communication with the office to report on job progress and any issues.

Requirements:

Must have at least 5+ years of cleaning experience.

Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) is required.

Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Must be willing to clean as needed.

Ability to pass a background check.

Valid driver's license.
