Field Supervisor – Tulsa, Oklahoma

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Field Supervisor to lead our drill crew and keep daily field operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, leadership experience, and real growth in the fiber‑optic construction industry.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise a drill team and keep daily production on track • Ensure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day • Report all production and job progress to project management • Oversee underground work such as boring, trenching, and cable placement • Keep crews working safely and following all standards • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers • Help train new team members and build a strong field crew • Work with our elite support specialists who assist daily with reporting, TCP setup, and operational needs

What You Can Bring to our Company

• Experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus • Leadership or crew‑lead experience preferred • Ability to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills • Comfortable working outdoors and managing multiple sites
