    Job description: Field Support Specialist (Entry-Level, No Pool Experience Necessary) Location: Based in Central Florida Schedule: Full-Time, 5-Day Week Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20.00–$24.00/hr, based on experience

    NO POOL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY — WE WILL TRAIN YOU. Mechanical experience recommended. This is a structured, hands-on training position for someone who wants to build a real career in the pool repair trade. You must be willing and able to travel with senior technicians during the training period.

    Requirements

    Reliable, physically capable, and ready to work outdoors in Florida heat

    Mechanical experience recommended, but not required

    Coachable — willing to learn from senior techs and take direction

    Valid driver's license

    Clean driving record (background check required)

    Full-time availability, 40 hours/week

    Duties

    Supporting senior Repair Technicians on residential pool equipment jobs

    Hauling equipment, prepping jobsites, and staging materials

    Managing warehouse organization and job logistics

    Learning pump, motor, valve, and plumbing basics through hands-on exposure

    Learning pool chemistry and equipment fundamentals from the ground up

    Building toward independent repair work as you progress through the tier system
