Key Responsibilities

Travel to assigned properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants

Perform inspections of vacant units and report property conditions

Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup

Support leasing and property management teams with daily tasks

Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable prior to showings

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, field-based schedule

Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset

Interest in property management or leasing preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Work Environment

This position is primarily field-based and requires regular travel between properties. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with office-based teams.
