This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with some construction background who are interested in building a career in the coatings and engineering industry. What You’ll Do • Perform coating inspections on active construction projects. • Document findings through detailed field inspection reports. • Assist with on-site testing using specialized inspection equipment. • Collaborate with engineers and experienced inspectors in the field. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • High school diploma required; some college or technical training in a construction-related field is a plus. • Ability to pass a physical and work safely at heights. • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Experience performing quality work in a construction or field environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to complete clear and accurate documentation. • Basic computer skills for completing reports and field documentation. • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. • Ability to handle on-site conflicts professionally and maintain productive working relationships. • Organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. • Demonstrated commitment to safety on job sites. • Ability to pass a background check.
