    We’re seeking a Field Technician to perform field testing of construction materials.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform field testing of construction materials, including soil, concrete, and asphalt, using appropriate methods and equipment.

    Conduct laboratory analysis and testing to verify material compliance with project specifications.

    Operate and maintain a Nuclear Gauge to perform density and moisture content testing for soils and asphalt.

    Accurately record test results and maintain detailed documentation through data entry systems.

    Communicate findings to project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

    Drive to project sites, ensuring proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

    Collaborate with team members to improve processes and address any issues in testing or analysis.

    Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements during all testing and reporting activities.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.

    Nuclear Gauge Certification is required; ACI certifications are preferred.

    Experience in construction materials testing (CMT), including soil, concrete, and asphalt, is highly desirable.

    Proficiency in data entry and reporting using laboratory systems and software.

    Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment and working in outdoor environments.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately.

    Good driving record and valid driver’s license.

    Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
