Responsibilities: • Aiding our Superintendent by assisting in the inspection of our client's foundation installation process • Aiding the production team with obtaining permits from several municipalities • Building detailed maps of crawl space areas on Pier and Beam structures • Handling warranty inspections to assess previously installed repairs • Working with both the customer and the office team to provide an excellent customer experience • Visiting job sites to inspect completed repairs and take post-work photographs • Providing fantastic customer service to our clients Qualifications: • Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record • Must be able to fit in tight spaces and crawl for extended periods of time • Must be friendly, professional, and have a great attitude • Must have an active Driver's license and a clean driving record • Must have excellent attention to detail • Sign-on bonus for Spanish Bilingual speakers Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly plus commission
