🔧 What You’ll Do

No two days are the same.

You’ll respond to scheduled appointments and dispatches performing services such as:

Gutter cleaning

Window cleaning

Dryer vent cleaning

Pressure washing

Preventive maintenance inspections

Commercial dryer vent services

HVAC coil cleaning

Exterior property maintenance

Some days are residential. Some days are commercial. Some jobs are quick and efficient. Others require deeper troubleshooting and critical thinking.

💪 Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience in handyman or property maintenance (preferred)

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Physically capable of lifting equipment and working on ladders

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent time management

Professional customer-facing communication skills

Valid driver’s license
