Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Field Technician to join our team. This role involves performing on-site maintenance, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, and more. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

Have good customer service

Assist Lead Field Technician with completing services.

Attention to detail.

Conduct routine property maintenance onsite.

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.

Assist in maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.

Assist in generating post-job customer reports using a mobile tablet.

Be willing to work efficiently as a team.

Qualifications

Property Maintenance experience

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to problem-solve.

Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
