Responsibilities: • Inspect vacant and occupied rental units to ensure they meet our quality standards. • Assist in showing occupied properties to prospective tenants, providing them with a welcoming experience. • Prepare properties for the rental market by performing necessary light maintenance tasks. • Identify and resolve light maintenance issues promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction. • Fulfill and troubleshoot maintenance requests from current tenants, ensuring timely solutions. • Perform other related duties and property management support tasks as needed to contribute to team success. Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $40,000 plus benefits
