What You’ll Do
Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes (full training provided).
Prep for each job by reviewing specs, gathering materials, and loading your truck.
Collect payment upon job completion.
Maintain a safety-first mindset and report any concerns immediately.
Keep customers’ homes clean and leave them better than you found them.

Compensation: $45,000–$65,000 first year expectation
Base salary plus performance bonuses
