Overview Sagareus Real Estate is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Field Technician to support our property management operations in the field. This is a highly independent, entry-level role that requires significant daily driving, route planning, and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys working solo, is comfortable navigating multiple property stops in a day, and takes pride in accurate, consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
Field Inspections & Documentation
Create Move-Out Condition Reports, Annual Inspection Reports and Incident Reports using our mobile software, including detailed photos, notes, and repair observations.
Monitor specific properties for pest activity, maintenance follow-up, or special concerns as assigned.
Route-Based Task Execution
Plan and execute daily routes efficiently, covering multiple properties across the region.
Drive to various locations to post legal notices, check on vacant units, deliver supplies, and retrieve items from the field.
Property Access & Vendor Coordination
Install/remove lockboxes as needed for leasing and maintenance coordination.
Meet vendors or contractors at properties to provide access and verify arrival.
Assist with minor tasks like temporary appliance delivery, ozone machine setup/removal, coin retrieval, and unit checks.
Incident Response
Respond to water intrusion, odor, or mold concerns in units; Report conditions clearly and install temporary equipment when needed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Extremely detail-oriented — accuracy and thorough documentation are essential
Strong independent work ethic and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Comfortable working alone and outdoors, sometimes in varied weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 75lbs and walk multi-unit properties

Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in and/or ability to learn smartphone app based programs including maps, calendar, email, Inspector, and Asana CRM.
Valid WA State Drivers License & proof of insurance. Must use a personal vehicle for work
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and regulations in Washington State
Ability to write professional, well-composed emails to clients, vendors, and tenants
Prior experience in fieldwork, delivery, maintenance, or inspections is helpful but not required
Education in business administration, real estate, property management or construction related fields is helpful but not required
Compensation
$23 - $28 / hour DOE
Mileage reimbursed
168 Hours / Year Paid Time Off
