    Our Training Department is looking for a Field Training Specialist!

    Summary of Department:

    The Training Department and its team members are responsible for setting a firm positive foundation for our new hires to succeed in their career with On-Site. This is achieved through in-person/virtual training, Quality Control (QC) and live time corrections of new hire paperwork, monitoring of new hire progress, and development of continued refresher courses for our technicians to succeed.

    TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, hourly position w/benefits

    FTS COMPENSATION:

    Typically up to $1/HR more than your salary as a base Field Technician and DOE + certs.

    Possibility of performance-based bonuses Bi-Annually

    Technician Readiness Training:

    Participates in the QC and remediation of all new hire paperwork.

    Participates in all aspects of field training (including training academy and ride a longs).

    Assists collaboratively with the Training Manager and other departments to facilitate necessary safety training, ensuring that all mandatory education is delivered.

    Assists and supports a system of ongoing education, assessing unique training needs of established staff, organizing in-services and assists in developing education that reinforces skills of field technicians.

    Evaluates the efficacy of delivered education through performance metrics, feedback from employees, and ongoing research while driving continuous quality improvements.

    Assists with scheduling and providing corrective training for technicians

    Maintains a higher standard for education, knowledge of On-Site services, and knowledge of company Policies and Procedures.

    Ensures adherence to company training policies and compliance with third-party agreements.

    Conducts post training interviews with new hires in preparation for field readiness status.

    Assists in ensuring all employees are adhering to professional certification standards and maintenance. (CPR/BLS cards, Phlebotomy/LVN licenses).

    Other duties:

    Collaborates with the Training Manager/ Coordinator for investigation needs and remediations.

    Collaborates with the Training Manager/ Coordinator for company compliance needs and remediation training.

    Collaborates with the Training Manager/ Coordinator for creation of customized training and maintenance of the current training library.

    Assists with maintenance and supply the training academy resources, materials, equipment, and other supplies essential to the academy environments.

    Participates in technician developmental training as requested.

    Assist with other duties as directed by the Training Manager/ Coordinator.

    Location: Region I, II, III

    Minimum Requirements:

    Preferred 1 year of service or more with On-Site Health & Safety

    Must successfully pass an online Proficiency Exam related to On-Site Services

    Must be available for Travel up to 10% of the time

    Must be willing to forfeit any other current title held with On-Site (i.e.: Field supervisor). Decisions will be made on a case by case basis based on the demand of the current title held

    Other promotions will be made within the Training Department
