The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure successful adoption, training, and optimization of the FieldRoutes platform across the franchise network. This role bridges the gap between franchise operations and technology, providing both proactive training and responsive support to enhance franchisee performance, process adherence, and system usage.
Specifically, the FieldRoutes Implementation and Training Specialist will:
· Be the primary provider of training of new franchisees in the FieldRoutes platform.
· Create Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices in both written and video format to create a library of materials usable by our franchisees.
· Create and host weekly webinars covering important functionality to provide ongoing training for our franchisees.
· Develop and manage a new Super User Certification Program to teach franchisees advanced functionality found in the Preferences section of FieldRoutes.
· Provide technical support to franchisees who are using the FieldRoutes platform, both through regularly available 1-on-1 video calls, and using the Zendesk ticketing system.
· Conduct monthly audits to ensure franchise processes align with best practices.
· Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams on quarterly reviews to identify and implement system improvements or new feature adoption.
Minimum Requirements:
· Education: BA/BS or equivalent with experience.
· Minimum 4 years of FieldRoutes experience, both from the regular user and administrative user sides.
· Experience using Zendesk, or a similar ticketing system.
· Proven ability to create training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
· Preferred experience in the pest control or related home services industries.
· The successful candidate must demonstrate a track record as a self- starter / self-motivator and able to self-manage to achieve success.
· Excellent interpersonal & team skills with the ability to present to other team members and senior leadership.
· Clear and effective communication skills across all mediums (face to face, by phone, in writing) with all parties at various levels, whether internal or external to the organization.
· Must have proven diplomacy, confidentiality, and inter-personal skills and the capacity to work under pressure are necessary elements of the position due to the nature of working with franchisees and peers daily. · Salary based on experience
