    FieldTest has built a powerful platform to allow digital marketers and agencies easily set up highly effective digital ad campaigns. Our clients are brands and agencies looking to access the power of targeted advertising.

    FieldTest is looking for an experienced sales executive who understands digital advertising and can communicate with clients in plain English about how to build and launch effective campaigns. You should be very comfortable with pitching agencies and brands and sharing our recommended campaign strategy, audience targeting and optimizations. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and help clients with campaign strategy and creative will be appreciated.

    We're looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our growing Revenue team. The AE role is a combination of sales activities and customer relationship management. Reporting to our Sales Director, you'll be responsible for both growing existing business and closing new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands.

    A successful AE must have a clear understanding of the client's long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to further grow the client's business with the FieldTest platform. You'll work closely with our Account Managers to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships.

    What you'll be doing:

    * Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with agencies and brands
    * Prepare pitch materials and RFPs
    * Work closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built 
    * Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities 
    * Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop new campaign strategies for clients 
    

    We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:

    * 3+ years of SAAS sales experience - digital advertising sales experience
    * Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
    * Grown sales pipelines with CRM tools for efficiency and transparency using a strong follow up process
    * Managed successful client deployments and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, opportunity discovery
    * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
    * Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
    * Advanced sales, communication and presentation skills.
    * Effective client management skills with a strong customer focus.
    * Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
    * Excellent planning and organization discipline.
    * Willingness to network online, pitch via Zoom and Google meets, and attend conferences and meet in person with clients

    Responsibilities:

    Develop strategic relationships with marketers, agencies and brands and help them understand how to effectively use the platform. Help onboard clients and design campaign strategy. Meet with clients at least monthly to review performance and support their success. Work closely with the Sales Ops team to support great client experiences. Consistently meet or exceed revenue quota. Provide product feedback to internal teams consistently to drive innovation.

    We are currently working remotely via Slack/Zoom/etc with team meetings once a month in person. Open to all locations for employees.
