    Fielding's Culinary Group is now hiring a Dining Room Manager at FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN + BAR.

    We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.

    ABOUT FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN + BAR

    Fielding's local kitchen + bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Center with an award-winning wine, beverage and culinary programs. Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers a wide variety of draft and bottle craft beer, extensive hand-crafted cocktails, a 240-bottle selection of wine and 200 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

    FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER Job Duties:

    Deliver outstanding guest service and guest experience.

    Be self-motivated with high self-accountability.

    Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

    Overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies

    Handling guest inquiries and complaints

    Taking reservations via computerized Resy system

    Problem solving quickly to provide positive guest experiences.

    Handling administration and paperwork accurately and timely

    Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.

    Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays.

    FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER Job Requirements:

    Three (3) years of manager experience

    Certified Food Handler and TABC Certifications

    Competent in using Excell and Point of Sales Systems (R365 and Lavu)

    Solid base of comprehension of culinary, wine, beer and spirts

    Be on time and reliable.

    Present Professionally

    Speaking Spanish is a plus!
