Job Description
Reporting to the Fig General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Fig Restaurant, ensuring service standards are followed
- Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests
- Support all Food & Beverage Outlets in the achievement of their financial and operational targets
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
