    Job Description

    An established NYC HVAC Company is seeking an experienced Salesperson. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Present, promote, sell products and services to existing and prospective clients - assist clients with selection of HVAC equipment. * Create quotes and process sales orders for new and existing clients. * Communicate clearly and effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients. * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Develop quantity takeoffs and equipment cost estimates. * Plan and oversee projects, ensure project completion on time and within budget. * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Requirements: * Preferred candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC. * Demonstrate general knowledge of construction in the context of HVAC systems. * Have an understanding of hydronic systems operation, and basic control logic. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good planning and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities. * Self-starter, results-oriented, requiring minimal supervision. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Driver's License. * Proficiency in SAMPro (Data Basic) is a plus but not required.
