    We are seeking a File Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and existing documentation, ensuring all files are accurately reviewed, organized, and properly maintained within our filing system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Review and process incoming and existing documents

    Determine proper placement of documents within the filing system

    Locate missing or misplaced documentation

    Communicate with vendors to request and retrieve needed documents

    Assist staff members in locating files and records

    Perform basic office support and administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Strong communication and follow-up skills

    Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

    Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, but not required
