ABOUT US
At WOVN, we are at the exciting intersection of cannabis and technology. We are the only licensed third-party distributor headquartered in San Francisco, the pioneering city for cannabis legalization and innovation. Our focus is heavily on development and implementation of proprietary systems, to manage a complex supply chain experiencing rapid growth and evolution. We take pride in the quality relationships we build with our brand and retail partners.
Working at WOVN would put you in the middle of the cannabis commerce lifecycle and provide a unique perspective with great opportunities for learning and development. We work with the entire industry: suppliers, labs, retailers, community leaders, and regulatory bodies. We aspire to bring responsible environmental, social, and governance qualities to a new industry, for all stakeholders.
We value creating a safe space, forward from the War on Drugs, with an inclusive team rooted in equity, community, and collaboration. We invite folks in all forms to apply and we embrace our differences, as this is what makes you uniquely you. Our team is the core of who we are. We encourage authenticity and openness to learning together, as we continue forging ahead in cannabis, the new frontier.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you have a keen attention to detail? If you notice a discrepancy, are you comfortable asking questions and investigating the root-cause; owning your problems and turning them into solutions?
We are looking for a team member to join our core warehouse team as we grow. Someone who is comfortable navigating inventory software systems and capable of doing some heavy lifting on the job while communicating with fellow teammates in Quality Assurance, Production, and Account Support. Our Warehouse Associates are the core of our distribution operations. This role maintains inventory integrity, while working with inbound and outbound orders. You'll work directly with the Warehouse Lead and Quality Control team to ensure products are up to regulatory standards.
We're an organized, curious, and forgiving bunch who love to try new things together. As a part of the team, you'll get exposure to cannabis products and the California supply chain, at a major intersection in the industry. This role is ideal for anyone who may be interested in developing more, and the motto “a place for everything and everything in its place” resonates deep. Mistakes happen. When you make one, you take responsibility and focus on solving, moving forward, and working with your team to improve the process.
