As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll deliver a full range of home care services and observe changes in clients' well-being.
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their own homes. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly seniors. Experience working with Dementia and Parkinson's clients a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care or assisted living environments and possess a genuine desire to help others.
Duties
Assist with daily living activities, bathing, toileting, meal preparation, and provide companionship and emotional support.
Provide medication reminders, monitor health conditions, and assist with mobility and lifting.
Perform light housekeeping duties and support clients with recreational activities and social engagement.
Document care provided and communicate with family members regarding client progress and needs.
Requirements
Must be Multilingual in English or Filipino
Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings preferred.
Knowledge of dementia care practices and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Ability to lift and assist clients physically while ensuring their safety.
Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
A sense of humor with a good work attitude is a plus.

Requirements
Must be able to verify any certifications held
Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
