As a Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver), you will play an essential role in improving the quality of life for those you care for, and in return, you’ll experience the joy of meaningful, rewarding work each day.

The client is 225lb male who will have limited mobility. The family is specifically requesting male caregivers due to the special needs of this client.

Job Title: Personal Care Assistant Job Type: Part/Full-time Available; Male Caregivers Preferred Shift Details: 12 hour shifts Location: Malibu, CA (approximately 10 minutes from 101 freeway near Calamigos Ranch) Salary: $19 to $22 per hour Start Date: May vary, but most likely within the next couple weeks

Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities

Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions

Offer companionship and light housekeeping assistance

Requirements:

Male caregiver preferred. Client is 225lbs and caregiver must be able to transfer, ambulate, etc. client without additional assistance.

Previous verifiable caregiver experience required

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Must have a valid/registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license, CPR certification, and a recent TB test

HCA is 10 digits long starting with 750,751,759,460, etc. and must be provided
