  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

    Shift Hours: 9:30AM - 6:00PM +OT

    • Sort chicken butterfly fillets

    • Trim bones and bruises off of chicken butterfly fillets with knife and place product on conveyor belts.

    • Check rejected fillets at an x-ray reject station.

    • Place butterfly fillets evenly spaced on conveyor.

    • Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor

    • Must be able to work effectively with small hand-held tools.

    • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

    • Must be able to visually distinguish between product types.

    • Repetitive grasping, cutting reaching, and lifting.

    • Must be able to submit to and pass background.
