Job Overview: The Filta Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing service efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction, potentially across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of Filta’s services and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

● Leadership & Team Management – Ability to coach, mentor, and oversee service technicians and support staff.

● Operational Efficiency – Skilled in optimizing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to enhance service delivery.

● Customer Relations & Service Quality – Ensures that all customer interactions are positive and that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

● Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Proactively addresses operational challenges and implements effective solutions.

● Safety & Compliance – Enforces strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

● Technical & Mechanical Knowledge – Familiarity with kitchen equipment, filtration systems, and service-related technology.

● Financial & Budget Management – Ability to manage costs, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.

● Knowledge of Commercial Kitchens or Ability to Learn Quickly – Understands kitchen operations and Filta’s role in enhancing sustainability and efficiency.

● Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Comfortable traveling to meet clients and conduct site visits in either a personal vehicle or commercial vehicle.

Education:

Associate's degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree minimum preferred

Additional Information:

Training will be provided as needed to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively.

Compensation: $18-22

Location: On Site, Roselle, New Jersey
