    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Filter Exchange Service Technician to launch and manage this new service line. This role combines field service, warehouse operations, and customer-facing responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring timely filter exchanges, maintaining a clean and organized inventory, and helping grow the program by working with current and new clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Service & Logistics

    Deliver clean filters to customer sites on a scheduled frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

    Pick up dirty filters and return them to the warehouse.

    Clean, sanitize, and prepare filters for the next exchange cycle.

    Ensure all deliveries and pickups are on-time and properly documented in ServiceTrade.

    Inventory & Operations

    Manage filter inventory levels at the warehouse.

    Order filters for new customers in coordination with Sales and Fleet/Asset teams.

    Track all filters by customer to ensure accurate rotation and accountability.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace for filter cleaning and storage.

    Customer Growth & Retention

    Partner with Sales Reps to gain new accounts by promoting the Filter Exchange Program during site visits.

    Work through current clients to identify opportunities for adding filters or expanding service frequency.

    Provide professional customer service during drop-offs, pickups, and any on-site interactions.

    Team Collaboration

    Coordinate with technicians, sales reps, and management to ensure seamless filter exchanges.

    Communicate regularly with accounting and operations teams to confirm customer accounts are active and properly scheduled.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or service technician roles preferred.

    Strong organizational and tracking skills.

    Comfort working with cleaning equipment and handling commercial-grade filters.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

    Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    Compensation & Growth

    Starting Pay: $18
